Small enough to carry in your pocket and almost as simple to use as a pair of pliers. Just wrap the chain around the tube, hook the nearest chain pin into the jaw. Then a quick twist of the wrist, a slight squeeze of the handles and pop! The cut is completed.

Broken tubing may be trimmed close to the break. Cuts can be made as close as ¹/₂" from the end.
