Heritage Steam Supplies have entered into an agreement to work with Metcalfe Engineering to manufacture initially a full range of the Metcalfe Automatic Injectors that are compatible with the range of Penberthy Injectors. Heritage Steam Supplies are Sole Distributors for Metcalfe Injectors. The increasing demand for new injectors to meet both restoration projects and a growing 6” and 9” model market, together with new production of Metcalfe Injectors which are manufactured in the UK, enable us to provide a dedicated after sales service. Metcalfe Engineering has descended from the family roots of the firm Davies and Metcalfe, at one time one of the world’s leading brands in all types of steam injectors, as well as having agreements to make under license, copies of other brands, such as Penberthy.

HIGH PRESSURE INJECTORS

Metcalfe High Pressure Injectors are available in two body styles and 8 sizes with screwed connections from ⅜” to 2½” pipe size having capacities as given in performance table. At the same operating pressure, they use less steam than “Standard” injectors permitting the handling of warmer supply water and higher suction lift as indicated by their design range given below:
