Multitreat TV Boiler Water Treatment 12.5L
It is widely accepted that major corrosion of a typical Sentinel firebox is predominately to the metal surfaces around and above the variable water and steam interface.

Multitreat TV is a high tech solution to help reduce the potential of this very high temperature corrosion that can take place, not only does it contain a traditional tannin oxygen scavenger, but also a highly volatile oxygen scavenger that aggressively reduces the presence of any oxygen in the steam space.

Why Use MultiTreat?

The only Water Treatment with Added Corrosion Inhibitors to Combat Poor Quality Water
The MULTITREAT range of 'All in One' Treatments specifically formulated to Protect Steel & Copper Heritage Boilers and Bronze Fittings, not only from caustic corrosion but also from Poor Quality Feed Water.

  • 20 Years Experience with Positive feedback from our customers
  • Traditional Tannin based that forms an iron tannate film to protect corrosion on exposed metal surfaces when the boiler is out of use.
  • Provides added protection for Steel and Copper boilers and Bronze fittings.
  • Combats poor quality feed water from a wide range of sources.
  • MULTITREAT TC and TV contain a yellow metal inhibitor to enhance copper alloy corrosion protection from high levels of caustic salts found in some untreated feed waters.
  • Use of Sodium Carbonate as an alkalinity builder and scale conditioner is far less corrosive than otherwise found in water treatment products that are more suited to modern steam boilers, reducing the potential of caustic cracking and corrosion in heritage boilers within riveted and overlapping seams.
  • MULTITREAT products are specifically suited to heritage boilers and application, preventing the likelihood of overdosing and excessive carry over (Priming) of water into the steam space.
