Since the decline of UK mined coal and the difficulty in obtaining remaining supplies of traditional Welsh Dry steam Coal, Heritage Steam Supplies has been seeking a Popular Traditional Coal choice to offer our Heritage customers with minimal smoke and a suitable size (Doubles) that will suit the demands of both model and full size road steam engines. Advised by our customers as a popular coal this traditional House Coal is considered easy to light, burns with a long and strong flame, and has a low ash content, making it ideal for Heritage Boilers.  

Whilst Traditional, house coal is not suitable for smoke controlled areas
